The Yummiest Holiday Bread

I love any reason to celebrate! And the changing of seasons and cooler weather is definitely a reason to celebrate. My grandma always makes cranberry bread around this time of year, and it's probably one of my FAVORITE holiday recipes. So, I am here to share this delicious tradition. Trust me! You'll want to try it!!!

Cranberry Bread

2 c. flour

1 c. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 c. butter

1 egg

3/4 c. orange juice

1 1/3 c. cranberries (whole)

1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)


-flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & baking soda

-cut in butter

-add egg and orange juice

-chop berries in blender, fold into mixture

-spray pan (of muffin tin) and add batter

-Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 10 minutes
